About this questionnaire. Some children are not hyperactive at all — instead they seem dreamy, foggy, slow to get going and mentally 'somewhere else'. Researchers call this pattern Cognitive Disengagement Syndrome (CDS). This questionnaire is a screening tool only: it helps Dr Flett understand your child's pattern. It does not diagnose any condition, and the results will be interpreted by Dr Flett as part of the full clinical assessment.
